We currently ship to most international destinations. If your postal code does not appear at checkout, shipping to that location may not yet be available, but we plan to expand shipping coverage soon.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak demand or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout based on destination, package size, weight, and courier availability. All charges are shown before payment is completed.
Delivery timelines begin after dispatch from our North America warehouse. Typical delivery estimates range from 6–18 business days depending on region. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order is significantly delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact support@sunnest.co within 48 hours with your order number and relevant photos.
All purchases from SunNest are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has shipped, except in the case of confirmed shipping damage or delivery failure.
